1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using HarborAct Studio services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you must not use the services.
2. Services
We provide acting classes, coaching, audition labs, and related community features both in-studio and online. Specific offerings may change at any time.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Purchases and Payments
Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. You agree to provide current, complete payment information and authorize charges for your selected services.
5. Refunds and Credits
Full refunds are available up to 7 days before a course start. Within 7 days, credits may be issued if your seat is filled. After start, credits apply for documented emergencies. Some special events are non-refundable; see course pages.
6. Conduct and Acceptable Use
- Respectful, safe behavior is required in all classes and community spaces.
- No harassment, discrimination, or disruptive conduct.
- Recording requires consent of all participants and may be restricted.
- Do not misuse the site, attempt to access others’ data, or interfere with operations.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and materials are owned by HarborAct Studio or its licensors and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
8. Disclaimers
Training results vary by individual. We do not guarantee roles, representation, or specific outcomes. Services are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HarborAct Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
10. Health and Safety
Certain activities may involve physical movement or vocal exertion. Participate within your limits. Inform instructors of any concerns and follow safety guidance.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for conduct that harms the community or business operations.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue lies in Los Angeles County courts.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance.
